Great location, 3 subway stations within walking distance, hotel staff very friendly and helpful, room was basic but nice and clean, hairdryer and iron in the room, no coffee maker in the room but the hotel provides facilities in the common area, so bring your coffee or you can find nice little coffee shops within 5min walking distance from the hotel 😊 I'd definitely stay again if travelling to New York!

Canal loft suited our needs and our budget. The beds were comfortable and clean. The bathroom and linen was spotless. There is no kettle avail, but there is a microwave and fridge avail to use on the third floor, which we found very useful. There is a great deli across the road and very close to China town and little Italy. Also a great little pub on the corner that we enjoyed every day of our stay.

The hotel is located in Chinatown, not far from the Brooklyn bridge and 1h by walk from time square. I liked the place, it was comfortable and spacious enough

The room was clean, the receptionist always helpful. The hotel is located close to metro station and citibike rental station is just few meters from the hotel which is very convenient. The room has shadows in the window and a/c so it was pleasant there even in the hot summer days. The bathroom was clean, we got clean towels almost everyday.

The price for the location in Manhattan with a private room and bathroom is perfect - we could not find anything cheaper. The room was cosy and clean, and there was an iron and hair dryer. It was convenient that they had a fridge in the common area on the 3rd floor. The staff was okay and friendly, but could be a little more enthusiastic. The location in China Town was great - three subway stations nearby, there are various restaurants and bars nearby. We paid the 100$ deposit by card and they returned it the next day after the check out as promised.

A great location if you want to be away from the most touristy areas and make the most of the great food in Chinatown and the Lower East Side. Maybe not for nervous travelers. Really comfy big bed. Lovely warm shower. Decent wifi and good heating.

Hotel is located in really calm area, near the subway station (Grand St for B,D & Bowery for J,Z). What is good to know is, that there is a Fire station nearby & also the Manhattan bridge, meaning that once in a while there is some noice from the outside, but if the window is closed, you can barely hear the train. The noise takes like 15-20 seconds, so it is not that annoying. I was never woken up by the noise from the train or the fire station. Room was clean, so was the bathroom and the beds were very comfortable. There is no microwave or tea kettle/coffee maker in the room but you can find it in the hotel (at the time of our stay, if was on 3rd floor, right by the elevator). Room has a TV, with Hulu/Netflix/Amazon/YouTube & more. You have to sign in with your own account. The AC was working well, and the view to street was OK. Hotel employees were nice and helpful.

It was modern , super clean and confortable. Nice rooms . Clean and modern bathroom . It has soap and shampoo. The man that work on the reception was super friendly and helpful . Cleaning lady’s were great
